      The workshop has more than 20 sets of cold-drawn wire production equipment, with an annual output of 50,000 tons of cold-drawn wire. There are 15 oil-quenched spring wire production lines, with an annual output of 150,000 tons of oil-quenched spring wire. An annual output of 10 million springs.

In order to ensure product quality and provide customers with products with stable performance, the company has purchased various testing equipment in the industry: tensile machine, hardness tester, metallographic equipment (cutting machine, inlay machine, grinding and polishing machine, TQ-200M microscope), flaw detection machine and other testing equipment.
